Warranty

Coverage
We agree to repair or replace any items deemed to be damaged due to a manufacturing defect. Customers are entitled to examine the jewelry and notify Sarah Angelie Jewelry within thirty (30) days of receiving the product.

Exclusions
The warranty expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear, physical or accidental abuse, loss (including loss of stones), and theft. It will be void if repair, sizing, or service is performed by anyone other than Sarah Angelie Jewelry.

Returns
Merchandise may not be returned after ten (10) days of receipt without manufacturer’s written authorization. After thirty (30) days from the date of receipt, a restocking charge equal to eighteen percent (18%) of the invoice purchase price will be applicable.

Please ensure to keep the original receipt for all warranty services.
